Kevin J. Causey is a seasoned executive, consultant, and transformational leader whose career spans healthcare, human resources, business operations, workforce development, education, and manufacturing. With approximately two decades of professional experience, Kevin has built his career around one central belief: strong organizations are built by strong people, intentional leadership, and systems that work.
 

Throughout his career, Kevin has served in senior and C-suite leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer. His experience has placed him at the intersection of people, operations, strategy, and organizational performance, giving him the ability to see challenges from both the executive level and the front lines.

His professional journey includes eight years of experience in manufacturing and the heat exchanger industry, more than seven years in healthcare, and extensive leadership experience within human resources, education administration, workforce development, and business operations. Kevin has led multimillion-dollar operations, supported large-scale contracts, developed workforce partnerships, strengthened HR and compliance functions, improved organizational processes, coached leaders, and helped organizations navigate periods of growth, transition, and change.
 

In 2020, Kevin founded Kevin J. Causey, Inc., creating a platform through which his experience could serve organizations and individuals beyond the walls of a single company. Today, as President & Principal Consultant, he provides strategic solutions in Human Resources, Leadership and Organizational Development, Business Operations, Healthcare Administration, Workforce and Career Readiness, Professional Coaching and Mentorship, Training and Facilitation, and organizational strategy.
 

But Kevin's work is about more than consulting.

As a professional coach, mentor, facilitator, and motivational speaker, Kevin combines practical strategy with accountability, encouragement, and lived leadership experience to help individuals gain clarity, develop confidence, navigate transitions, and move intentionally toward their next level.
